Wooden bag from Stella McCartney S/S'010

Is it made of recycled wood? Probably. Because this ‘wooden’ shoulderbag is from eco-friendly designer Stella McCartney, and it featured in her S/S’010 show.

Wether it’s gonna be one of next season’s It-bags or not, the usability is questionable. Would you dare to put your keys or mobile phone in it? I woudn’t. You might loose them between the slits!

But practical or not, it sure looks charming with the rose-printed orange, blue and red pleated dresses with frilled collars. Let’s just say it is a modern version of the rotan basket we wander around with along the countryside. Hmmm, wish it was Spring again…
