It’s probably the horror of every vegetarian: a meat shop so glamorous that you may think you’re shopping on Fifth Avenue. Victor Churchill, settled down in Sydney, offers a typical butchery, but with a glamorous touch. And we meat eaters like!
The only way to absorb this beautiful store designed by Dreamtime Australia Design is a real-life visit. We see refrigerated vitrines with hanging meat and poultry, selections displayed on custom-made copper and glass shelving, a fancy Himalayan rock salt brick wall (to infuse the hanging meat with flavor and sterilize the air) and a recent Louis Vuitton window display. We even see the ‘specialty of the day’ inside a glass dome on a pedestal while many video camera’s are ‘filming’ it.
