Digi E. kicks off this lovely Friday morning with her first outfit post.
Despite many requests the past years to post more of my style, I couldn’t really cross that line to actually do it. In my upcoming style posts you won’t see the newest of the newest, because honestly I don’t shop a lot…. I’d rather go on a holiday, have dinner with some friends or buy something cute for my house (which became a new addiction!). I’ve shopped a lot for years, but when I moved into my own dream palace I found out that I had so many clothes I never wore. So I went to ‘rehab’ and sold over more than 10 boxes of outfits at the monthly flea market in Amsterdam. That felt so good!
About the outfit
I like this outfit because I got the pants as a gift from a friend while I was visiting her in London. She bought it at a flea market for £1 but found out later that the pants were too small for her. I keep thinking that a British dandy wore these pants back in the old days. It’s one of my favorite pair of trousers, so I try not to wear them that often. In Dutch we call it a ‘Drollenvanger’ (translate: ‘a shit catcher’).
