Despite the rain, we had quite some fun at Taste of Amsterdam. The culinary festival was a feast for the palet. Check out what we’ve tasted below:

A little summary of the food (not all photographed):
•Lobster with foie gras, soy gel and ginger foam (Sucre -Icon Dish), tuna with oyster in tempura, wasabi cream and wakame (Sucre -signature dish)
•Dutch lamb from the Dome grill with asparagus and béarnaise (Lute- signature dish)
•Crispy duck roll with hoisin sauce (Momo -signature dish)
•Arrosticini from the BBQ with spicy bruschetta (Toscanini – signature dish)
•The Butcher burger, prime Aberdeen Angus beef, lettuce, tomato (The Butcher -signature dish)
•Fresh handmade raviola with egg yoak, ricotta and scraped Summer truffle (Fifteen -Icon dish)
•Scallop with soy sauce and parmesan, fresh oyster with shallots and red wine vinegar (Vis aan de Schelde)
•Scallop with pork belly, puree of garden pea and Iberico-oil (Bridges -signature dish)
•Vanilla cheesecake with caramelized filo, yogurt/raspberry sorbet, fresh raspberries and lavender gel
