Digi E. recently experienced D-Day part II.
Us Digi’s got invited for a two day bootcamp & healthy life workshop of personal trainer – and former ballerina! – Iboya at beauty resort Zwaluwhoeve. It was a great mixture of heavy bootcamp with relaxing yoga and meditation sessions finishing with an amazing sports massage. Digi E. went home exhausted. And Zen!
From ballerina to personal trainer
Iboya is a perfect example of girl power. After a brain infarction during a ballet performance it was time for the ballerina to change perspective. Live more healthy and perfectly balance body and mind. She started a new career as a personal trainer to help out others. Digi E. experienced an inspiring two-day workshop with Iboya to train her body the right way (no more back pain during sit-ups and push-ups!).
The workshop was all about training in the right balance. Work out one hour with several exercises for 30 seconds and then go off to the next one. She worked on six different exercises in 60 minutes. It felt completely relaxed (no ‘military’ screaming at all!) but it was hard work. Her muscle pain the next moring betrayed her efforts of the day before. She felt stiff everywhere!
