There’s a new frozen yoghurt concept in Amsterdam: Yogen Früz.
It was founded by two brothers in Canada in 1986, and is now market leader on frozen yoghurt (Froyo). Yogen Früz has over 1400 shops in 42 countries around the world, so it was about time it would open here as well.
This is how the DIY concept works:
1.Choose your flavour from one of the machines -there are 8 flavours such as ‘tart’, Cookies ‘n Cream, mango and hazelnut (those are the basics) and limited editions such as Deep Dish Apple pie or Cotton Candy- you can also mix flavours.
2.Choose your topping from the enormous variety from nuts and seeds, to fresh fruit, to cookie crumbles or chocolate. Finish your Froyo with one of the delicious sauces.
3. Weigh your Froyo, pay and enjoy!
Aside from the DIY concept, there’s more to taste at Yogen Früz. What about fresh smoothies, homemade cupcakes or crêpes?
