Maybe because it’s too conceptual and more suitable as an addition to my own collection of fashion, art, design and photography books.
L.O.V.E. Food Book is a visual spectacle of bespoke recipes inspired by the emotion of love and desire. Fifteen renowned chefs and mixologists from around the world contributed to the 42 recipes, covering everything from French cuisine to molecular gastronomy.
The ‘Art Cook Book’ – as the American/French authors Emilie Baltz and Carole-Anne Boisseau like to refer to it- is an hommage to chefs and their crafts. The project took them one year to complete, but the result is mouthwatering.
