The concept of back-to-back doesn’t only occur in the music business but in gastronomy as well. We witnessed a perfect example at MOMO.
Executive chef of MOMO, Hariprassad Shetty, welcomed Han Ji -chef of Michelin star restaurant HanTing in The Hague- in his kitchen, and they challenged each other for a virtuoso dinner fusing Eastern and Western flavours.
It was for the occasion of the third MOMO inspires, set to attract different chefs from all over the country to take on the challenge of reaching gastronomical heights. When merging talents and skills, the outcome can be quite extraordinary.
