If you haven’t heard of Christophe Robin, it’s time you listen up. The French stylish and renowned colour expert has been in the industry for over 25 years and is globally recognized for his talent. After beginning his career in the early ‘90s with L’Oreal Paris, he branched out and founded his own line of care products. Today, the line is celebrated worldwide and known for its multi-award-winning collections of hair care heroes.
Christophe Robin products are available in Holland at Skins Cosmetics (hooray!) and I recently picked up a few goodies to put them to the test.
For ladies with blonde locks: well, normally summertime means lots of sun exposure to lighten your hair – but not if you live in Holland, apparently. The lack of sun this summer has definitely effected my hair, which is now lacklustre and fading. But the good news is, Christophe Robin’s Bright Blonde Finishing Lotion can help. Made with fruit vinegar and chamomile extract (yum!) this spray helps to re-balance hair, enhance shine, and remove impurities that build up, like soap and limestone from water. You’ll notice that your blonde is brighter, shinier and healthier-looking. Plus, it smells delicious.
The Regenerating Finishing Lotion has a similar effect, but is safe for all colours of hair. The formula works to balance acid pH to enhance shine and protect colour, while also detangling, soothing, moisturizing and healing hair from root to tip. It will also help remove build-up on your scalp and leave hair with a gorgeous, light scent of jasmine, bergamot and ylang-ylang.
