One of the benefits of my job is getting to sample a lot of products … and scoring Dyptique samples is like winning the beauty lottery.
I first fell in love with Dyptique when I smelled the famous candles (Baies, anyone?) but the French brand’s skincare products are also to die for.
First up in my little trio is the Infused Facial Water for the Face. The wonder water can cleanse and refresh skin while also balancing and toning – it’s a great first step in your cleansing regime, before a deeper cleanse and moisturizing. Alternatively, use it in the morning to wake up your skin, just dab it onto a cotton pad and gently tap onto your face.
The Essential Face Cream is also amazing, not least because it doubles as an overnight face mask if you slather on a thick layer before bedtime. The cream works to nourish and replenish, while infusing it with essential vitamins thanks to prickly pear extract.
You can also mix the Essential Face Cream with a drop of the Infused Face Oil, which boosts radiance and leaves skin looking radiant and healthy. The oil is made with white iris extract and rose petals (yes, rose petals right in the bottle!) and it smells amazing.
