When last Friday evening rolled around, the sun was shining, terraces were packed and I was desperately trying to hold onto the last bits of summer. It seemed like the perfect time to pop a bottle of my latest cocktail obsession: Villa Massa Limoncello.
A weekend morning favourite! Though I can’t actually say I made this batch – my lovely boyfriend was responsible (and wanted to be credited!) We like to top with fresh berries, yoghurt and maple syrup.
These individual chocolate soufflés are always a crowd-pleaser. The small cakes look like they’re really complicated, but in fact are quite simple. Once you cut inside, an oozing gooey centre awaits you. Topped with a dusting of icing sugar, fresh raspberries and raspberry reduction sauce, these treats are an easy-to-make dessert that will impress the toughest of critics.
